Clive Manuel

Clive was educated at the Harvey Grammar School, Folkestone. He has spent all of his working life in the conduct of civil litigation since joining the profession in 1967. He specialises in Landlord and Tenant Law both Commercial and Residential, and has considerable experience of acting for both Landlords and Tenants so if you are either and are in dispute with your opposite number he will be happy to assist you. He also has considerable knowledge in the handling of property and contractual disputes, clinical negligence and personal injury claims.

He qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1975 and joined Kingsfords in 1988. His cases include Hensman v Traill and Wilkins v Lewis.

Clive is married and resides in Ashford. He has 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
