Debbie Driscoll

Debbie specialises in Employment Law in the Civil Department. Upon qualifying as a Solicitor in 2000, Debbie worked in-house for a large trade union gaining experience in individual and collective employment matters (including TUPE, collective consultation, multi-party claims and judicial review) in both the private, public and voluntary sectors at a national level. Subsequent private practice experience has involved her in representing employers and employees in tribunals (including appeals), advising businesses on internal practice and procedure and guiding both sides through a variety of employment related problems from discrimination and harassment to restrictive covenants for senior employees.

Debbie has two children and enjoys swimming in her spare time.
