Emma Cook

Emma was raised and educated locally and joined Kingsfords in 2001.

Emma is a paralegal in the family department and represents clients involved in family breakdowns, specialising in cases where there are disputes over the care of children.

Emma represents parents and extended family members in child care cases, where the local authority becomes involved in family life.

Emma assists Alan Green, Partner and Head of the Family Department, in complex cases and Marian McNeil (a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel) in child care cases. 

In her spare time Emma enjoys reading, travel and eating out.
