Patrick Glencross

Patrick joined the firm as a newly qualified solicitor in 1995 and became a partner in 2000.

Patrick specialises in employment law, acting for a diversity of employers and employees in a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. His practice ranges from preparing employment contracts and policies to acting for clients in unfair dismissal and discrimination cases. He frequently appears as an advocate at hearings in the Employment Tribunal.

Patrick also has expertise in the field of regulatory prosecutions, acting for both prosecuting authorities and defendant businesses in health and safety, trading standards, planning enforcement, environmental health and licensing prosecutions.
