Daniel Crook

Daniel has been practising as a solicitor since 2008. He studied Law and Forensic Science at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He went on to complete the Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Guildford. Prior to joining Kingsfords in 2006, Daniel practised at a law firm in Hampshire.

Daniel works from our Bank Street office in Ashford's town centre. He does, however, routinely attend clients at Kingsfords' Hythe and Cranbrook offices and also site visits when such needs arise. His practice includes:

  • Commercial and contractual disputes
  • Employment law
  • Housing law (Legal Aid/private)
  • Property claims including landlord and tenant and boundary disputes
  • Contentious Probate and Inheritance Act claims
  • Personal injury claims

Daniel regularly appears in Courts and Tribunals in London and across the South East.

In addition to his role at Kingsfords, Daniel also volunteers to assist the Citizen Advice Bureau. In the past he has also appeared on KMFM radio providing legal advice to its listeners.  Daniel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Housing Law Practitioners Association.

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys playing and watching football. He supports Arsenal (for his sins) and can often be found following his club at the Emirates Stadium. Daniel is a keen snooker player and enjoys the occasional round of golf.
