Hayley Goucher


Hayley graduated from the University of Kent with a degree in Law (LLB (Hons)) in 2017. During her time at university, she won awards for being the most outstanding student of the year group (in the first year) and also for the best academic performance (in her final year). She then went on to complete a Master’s degree in Law/Legal Practice at the BPP University Law School after being awarded a Scholarship. Hayley qualified as a solicitor in March 2020.

She spent several years working and training at a niche family law specialist firm in Kent before joining Kingsfords.

Hayley thoroughly enjoys dealing with all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial issues, cohabiting disputes, private children matters, and childcare proceedings. Hayley takes pride in her client-focused approach and delivering comprehensive advice.

She has a keen interest in travelling and is always looking for new places and cultures to experience. Hayley loves spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. She also likes to put on her dancing shoes and enjoys live gigs and trips to the theatre.
