Kingsfords Solicitors are seeking a motivated and reliable Administration Assistant to join our busy Child Care Department.

The Role
Working in our Child Care team, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key responsibilities include:
- General administrative duties including filing, scanning and document preparation
- Assisting with file management and maintaining accurate records
- Handling telephone calls and assisting with client enquiries in a professional manner
- Supporting fee earners with day-to-day tasks
- Assisting with time recording and basic data entry
- Using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) for routine tasks
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Be well organised with good attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills
- Be confident using basic Microsoft Office applications
- Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn
- Have an interest in working within a legal environment
