We are looking for an experienced commercial/civil litigation lawyer (at least 5 years pqe).
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas of commercial/civil litigation work. Specifically they will have dealt with contract, tort, debt recovery, boundary disputes, property disputes, contested probate, corporate disputes at all levels.
The position is based in our Elwick Road office in Ashford, which is 5 minutes from Ashford International Station. Flexible working is negotiable.
Many of our clients have been loyal to us for many years and this is something we value. With this in mind the ideal candidate will possess the necessary skills to work with our existing clients whilst at the same time take an active role in acquiring new business in this thriving and growing town.
Training will be offered to enhance your knowledge and skills and you will have access to Lexis Nexis, MBL and compliance training providers.
The remuneration package will include an excellent starting salary with review after 6 months, a discretionary bonus, membership of our health care plan, 25 days annual leave and free parking. There will also be opportunity to progress quickly to management level within the firm for the right candidate.
