Celia Willcock

Conveyancing Executive

Celia originally joined Kingsfords in 1978 as conveyancing secretary to Fred Button who completed a total of 50 years with the firm. Fred's conveyancing knowledge and guidance proved invaluable and, upon his retirement in 1987, she inherited and expanded his caseload.

In 2002 Celia joined another local firm specialising in volume conveyancing and completed 15 years in that role.

Early in 2017 she was approached by Kingsfords and has recently returned to her conveyancing roots!

Celia specialises in residential conveyancing and enjoys helping clients with the house move - making this as stress free as possible. She relishes the demands of a busy Conveyancing Department.

Celia is married and lives locally. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, listening to music and taking long walks in the countryside with her very lively Labrador who ensures there is never a dull moment.

Testimonials

'Just a short note to say how pleased I am with the way your colleague Celia Willcock handled the conveyancing of the above property.........all very smooth in these challenging times'. Mr R.

'Celia dealt with the whole sale very efficiently and smoothly and it made our life a lot easier when we were having to deal with a lot of other matters as part of the estate. The sale was a private sale and we did not use an estate agent so it was even more welcome that we did not have to get too involved and the sale was concluded so quickly. I would recommend Celia and your firm to act for anyone with regards to property sales' JC

'In the end, the purchase of the flat was completed much sooner than we expected! Thank you for this. It was thanks to your experience and professionalism that things went so smoothly. We felt very confident that you were in charge of the conveyancing and we appreciated having someone with such vast experience acting on our behalf.' AT

'In every respect we received an excellent, friendly service from Celia and her secretary.' E & J Law

'A big thank you also to you, Nicola and Donna for another transaction expertly and painlessly executed by you all. Over the years we have dealt with many solicitors both buying and selling and we wish we had done business sooner. Your work is very much appreciated' S & T
