Ed commenced work in the legal profession in February 2023 as a paralegal for the NHS. At the NHS he mainly dealt with medical negligence, employers liability and public liability issues.
He joined Kingsfords in October 2023 becoming a Trainee Solicitor in October 2024.
Previously Ed had studied Law at the University of Essex (2018-2021) and went onto obtain a Law Masters and LPC at the University of Law (Bloomsbury). He is due to qualify as a solicitor in April 2026.
Ed is a keen runner having completed multiple half marathons and shall be taking on Manchester Marathon in April 2025. Aside from running he spends his free time socialising with friends, playing football or dining out.
EDs Manchester Marathon for MIND
Colleagues of Trainee Solicitor Edward Bowman at Kingsfords Solicitors are wondering whether he has some sadomasochist tendencies. Firstly, he inflicted his novel ‘moustache’ on his colleagues during ‘Movember’, before volunteering to put himself through the pain of the Manchester Marathon taking place on 27th April 2025.
Such conduct is however all for a splendid cause, as Ed continues to support ‘Mind’ – the mental health charity.
(Mind have organised a Mental Health Awareness Week from the 12th-18th May, with the aim that “no mind gets left behind”).
